Section 1956 - Certified copies of records(a) Department records.--The fee for a certified copy of any department record which the department is authorized by law to furnish to the public shall be $22 for each form or supporting document comprising such record.(b) State Police reports.--The fee for a certified Pennsylvania State Police record of investigation of a vehicle accident which the Pennsylvania State Police are authorized by this title to furnish to the public shall be $22 for each copy of the Pennsylvania State Police full report of investigation.Amended by P.L. 974 2013 No. 89, § 26, eff. 11/25/2013. 1976, June 17, P.L. 162, No. 81, § 1, effective July 1, 1977.
