Section 2101 - DefinitionsThe following terms and phases when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Fund." The Multimodal Transportation Fund established in section 2102 (relating to Multimodal Transportation Fund).
"Eligible program." Any of the following:
(1) A project which coordinates local land use with transportation assets to enhance existing communities.(2) A project related to streetscape, lighting, sidewalk enhancement and pedestrian safety.(3) A project improving connectivity or utilization of existing transportation assets.(4) A project related to transit-oriented development, as defined in section 103 of the act of December 8, 2004 (P.L.1801, No.238), known as the Transit Revitalization Investment District Act.Added by P.L. 974 2013 No. 89, § 12, eff. 11/25/2013.
