Section 2304 - Well information(a) List.--Within 14 days of the effective date of this section, the department shall provide the commission and, upon request, a county, with a list of all spud unconventional gas wells from the department. The department shall update the list and provide it to the commission on a monthly basis.(b) Updates.--A producer subject to the fee shall notify the commission of the following within 30 days after a calendar month in which the change occurs:(1) The spudding of an unconventional gas well.(1.1) The initiation of production at an unconventional gas well.(2) The removal of an unconventional gas well from production.Added by P.L. 87 2012 No. 13, § 1, eff. 2/14/2012.
