Section 7166 - Returns to court(a) Scope of section.--This section shall apply to counties of the sixth, seventh and eighth class.(b) Requirements.--No compensation for making a return to court shall be paid to a constable unless he has appeared in court and presented his return containing information required by the court, at the regular time fixed by law for making the return. 2009, Oct. 9, P.L. 494, No. 49, § 2, effective in 60 days [12/8/2009].
