Section 8502 - Enforcement proceedings(a) VenueExcept as otherwise prescribed by general rules the venue of any action or proceeding by a Commonwealth agency to enforce any statute or regulation or order of a government unit may be laid in any court having jurisdiction of the subject matter.(b) BondNeither a Commonwealth agency nor a district attorney shall be required to give bond in connection with any application for equitable relief incident to the enforcement of any statute or regulation or order of a government unit.1980, Oct. 5, P.L. 693, No. 142, § 221(l), effective in 60 days.
