Section 8332.5 - Corporate representatives(a) General rule The liability of an individual shall be limited to the extent expressly provided by or pursuant to Title 15 (relating to corporations and unincorporated associations). (b) Certain governmental corporationsAn individual who is a director, officer or employee of a governmental corporation and who is not entitled to immunity under Chapter 85 (relating to matters affecting government units) may assert any applicable immunity under 15 Pa.C.S. Ch. 57 Subch. B to the same extent as if the governmental corporation were a nonprofit corporation which had elected the maximum immunity available under such subchapter.1990, Dec. 19, P.L. 834, No. 198, § 306, imd. effective.
