Section 2132 - Composition of board
(a) General ruleThe Minor Judiciary Education Board shall consist of the following appointed by the Supreme Court:
(1) Three persons who shall be judges of the Traffic Court of Philadelphia or magisterial district judges.
(2) Three members of the bar of this Commonwealth.
(3) One lay elector.
(b) Terms of officeThe members of the board shall serve for terms of three years and until a successor has been appointed. A vacancy on the board shall be filled for the balance of the term.
(c) CompensationMembers of the board shall receive such fees as shall be fixed by the Supreme Court.
