Section 315 - Reports of board(a)General rule.--The annual report submitted by the board under section 1211 (relating to reports of board) shall include the following information on the conduct of fantasy contests:(1) Total fantasy contest adjusted revenues.(2) All taxes, fees, fines and other revenue collected from licensed operators during the previous year. The department shall collaborate with the board to carry out the requirements of this section.(3) At the board's discretion, any other information related to the conduct of fantasy contests or licensed operators.(b)Licensed operators.--The board may require licensed operators to provide information to the board to assist in the preparation of the report.Added by P.L.
