Section 704.1 - Washington Crossing Historic Park(a)Transfers.--All of the powers, duties, functions, funds, assets, books, records and any other documents and real and personal property of the commission dedicated or associated with the Operation and Management of Washington Crossing are transferred to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.(b)Operations.--The department of conservation and natural resources shall operate Washington Crossing Historic Park. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall manage the visitor center and adjoining buildings of Washington Crossing Historic Park.Added by P.L. TBD 2022 No. 116, § 2, eff. 11/3/2022.Section 3 of the 2022 legislation provides that the amendment or addition of 37 Pa.C.S. §§ 702(62) and 704.1(B) shall be retroactive to June 28, 2019.
