Section 5311.7 - Prohibition against release of information(a)Annual report of agency.--The annual report of the agency shall be a public document.(b)Prohibition against release of information.-- The State Treasurer, agency, board, employee, agent or representative of a PSAP or public agency shall not divulge any information acquired with respect to any provider, revenues , expenses, trade secrets, commercial information and other proprietary information . Any information acquired shall be kept confidential except that aggregations of information that do not effectively identify numbers of consumers or subscribers, revenues or expenses, trade secrets, commercial information and other proprietary information attributable to any provider may be made public.Amended by P.L.
