In every proceeding:
(1) At least one of the viewers appointed shall be an attorney at law who shall be chairman of the board and who shall attend the view.(2) At least two of the three viewers appointed shall view the property in question.2006, May 4, P.L. 112, No. 34, §1, effective in 120 days [ 9/1/2006].
