Section 15730 - Appropriations to hospitals, health clinics and homesThe county commissioners may make appropriations to support:
(1) a hospital, health clinic or comparable facility that is engaged in charitable work and extends treatment and medical attention to residents of the county; and(2) a home or place of detention of dependent, delinquent and neglected children located within the county.Added by P.L.
