Section 8814 - Governing law(a) General rule.--The law of this Commonwealth governs:(1) the internal affairs of a limited liability company; and(2) the liability of a member as member and of a manager as manager for the debts, obligations or other liabilities of a limited liability company.(b)Cross reference.--See section 8815(c)(6) (relating to contents of operating agreement).Added by P.L.
