Section 2707 - "Person in the position of a seller"(a) Definition.--A "person in the position of a seller" includes: (1) as against a principal an agent who has paid or become responsible for the price of goods on behalf of his principal; or(2) anyone who otherwise holds a security interest or other right in goods similar to that of a seller.(b) Rights.--A person in the position of a seller may as provided in this division:(1) withhold or stop delivery (section 2705);(2) resell (section 2706); and(3) recover incidental damages (section 2710). 1979, Nov. 1, P.L. 255, No. 86, § 1, effective 1/1/1980.
