Section 822.990 - Civil penalties for violations of ORS 822.500(1) The Department of Transportation may levy and collect a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000 for each violation against any person who violates ORS 822.500.(2) Civil penalties under this section shall be imposed in the manner provided in ORS 183.745.Amended by 2023 Ch. 400,§ 28, eff. 9/24/2023, op. 1/1/2024.
