Section 569.990 - Violations punishable by fine

(1) Violation of a provision of ORS 569.175 to 569.195 or a rule adopted under ORS 569.175 to 569.195 is a Class B violation.

(2) Violation of a provision of ORS 569.360 to 569.495 is a Class A violation.
