Section 561.990 - Penalties(1) Violation of ORS 561.170 is a Class C violation.(2) Violation of ORS 561.200 is a Class C misdemeanor.(3) Violation of ORS 561.220 or 561.230 is a Class A misdemeanor.(4) Violation of ORS 561.590 is a specific fine violation punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000.
