Section 561.410 - Department's granting of credit; invoice; payment due date(1) The State Department of Agriculture may grant credit for services and materials furnished pursuant to the laws administered by the department.(2) The department shall prepare an itemized invoice of the services and materials furnished by the department and send the invoice to the person responsible for payment.
