Section 468A.100 - Definitions for ORS 468A.010 and 468A.100 to 468A.180 As used in ORS 468A.010 and 468A.100 to 468A.180, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Board of directors" means the board of directors of a regional air quality control authority.(2) "Governing body" means the county court or city legislative body.(3) "Participating city" or "participating county" means a city or county or part of a county, or combination thereof, meeting the population requirements of ORS 468A.105 or having had such requirements waived under ORS 468A.110 that has joined with other eligible cities or counties or parts of counties to form a regional air quality control authority.(4) "Regional authority" means a regional air quality control authority established under the provisions of ORS 468A.105.Formerly 449.850 and then 468.500
