Section 462.990 - Penalties(1) Except as provided in this section, violations of any provision of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.(2) Any person violating the provisions of ORS 462.420, 462.430, 462.450, 462.460, 462.470 or 462.415(2) commits a Class C felony.(3) Any person who conspires or attempts to commit or commits any act of touting as defined in ORS 462.510 commits a Class B misdemeanor.(4) Any person violating the provisions of ORS 462.140(1) commits a Class A misdemeanor.
