Section 431.350 - Oregon Health Authority to adopt rules for ORS 431.330 to 431.350

Upon receipt of written approval from the Conference of Local Health Officials the Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of ORS 431.330 to 431.350.
