Section 430.391 - Behavioral Health Resource Network statewide telephone hotline(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall establish a Behavioral Health Resource Network statewide telephone hotline to provide screenings described in ORS 430.389 (2)(e)(A) to any caller who is a resident of this state.(2) The telephone hotline shall be staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every calendar day of the year.
