Section 183.338 - Use of term "noncitizen" in rules and regulations(1) As used in this section: (a) "Noncitizen" means an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States.(b) "State agency" means any state officer, board, commission, department, division, institution, branch or agency of the state government.(2) A state agency shall use the term "noncitizen" to reference an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States when promulgating a rule or regulation that references an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States.Added by 2022 Ch. 97, § 1 183.338 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 183 or any series therein by legislative action.
