Section 167.770 - Display of sign; penalty(1) A person who sells tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems shall display a sign clearly stating that the sale of the tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems to persons under 21 years of age is prohibited by law.(2) Failure to display a sign required by this section is a Class A violation.
