Section 167.747 - Definitions for ORS 167.750 to 167.780

As used in ORS 167.750 to 167.780:

(1) "Inhalant delivery system" has the meaning given that term in ORS 431A.175.
(2) "Tobacco products" has the meaning given that term in ORS 431A.175.
