Section 601.8 - Immunity from liability - Cattle guards or other devices

The state, county or political subdivision shall be immune from liability if a claim for damages results from the use, repair or maintenance of cattle guards or other device designed to impede the movement of livestock, wildlife or other animals on public roadways.
