The section of U.S. Highway 69 beginning at E2000 Road in Bryan County extending northeasterly to the intersection of South Caddo Highway in Atoka County shall be designated as the "Captain Jeff Sewell Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
