The bridge crossing over U.S. Highway 75 on U.S. Highway 60 in Bartlesville, Washington County shall be designated as the "Dr. James R. McFarland Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
