Section 330.62 - [Renumbered Effective upon certification by the State Commissioner of Health that the conditions of Section 2 of 2023 O.S.L. 271 have been met] [See Note] Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators Revolving Fund There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the State Department of Health to be designated the " Long-Term Care Administrator Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of such sources of income as are provided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department to carry out the duties established by this act. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
