Section 1-901 - DefinitionsA. "Bottled water" means any water, including water to which chemicals or other substances may have been added, which is placed in bottles or other containers to be sold or offered for sale for drinking, culinary or other domestic purposes involving a likelihood of the water being ingested by human beings.B. "Bottled water plant" means any place, premises, or structure, including water supply, facilities and equipment, used in the treatment or processing of the water or the filling of containers in the preparation of bottled water.Okla.
