Section 1-2215 - Willful interference with official duties - Retaliation or reprisal for filing complaint - PenaltyA. No person shall willfully interfere with a representative of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman in the performance of official duties.B. No person shall engage in retaliation or reprisal against any resident or employee of a long-term care facility or other entity for having filed a complaint with or provided information to the Office.C.
