Section 1-1301.34 - Separate displayA. Mello-drink products shall not be displayed for sale in the same units or counters as used for milk products, unless there is a partition separating said products. In no event shall Mello-drink products be intermixed or commingled with milk products, but shall be separately displayed.B.
