Section 34.3 - Office of Management and Enterprise ServicesA. There is hereby created in the Executive Department, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.B. The term "state agency" or "agency", when used in the Oklahoma State Finance Act, shall mean any agency, board, bureau, commission, or other entity organized within the executive department of state government.C. The term "authorization", when used in the Oklahoma State Finance Act, shall mean the legislative authorization for an agency to expend a certain amount of money from a specified fund or funds during a specified period of time.Okla.
