Section 8 - Approved Judicial Legal Internship Programs
A. A college or school of law may create judicial legal internship programs as a part of their regular curriculum.
B. Each college or school of law shall be responsible for the creation of its own criteria for the establishment of judicial legal internship programs, but the programs should require that the judicial legal intern would report to his supervising faculty member on at least a monthly basis of the activities of the judicial legal intern. The judicial legal intern should submit copies of his work product to the supervising faculty members so long as a submission of the work product does not violate any rules of confidence of the court for which he is working.
