Section 1391 - InjunctionThe Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (OSBEP) through the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing psychology without a license or authorization to practice psychology in this state.
Such an injunction:
1. May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by any person, this provision being a preventive as well as a punitive measure; and2. Does not relieve any person from criminal prosecution for practicing without a license.Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 1391
