Section 202 - Interstate compacts - When bindingNo compact made under the authority of this act shall bind this state unless and until:
(a) . Said compact shall be ratified by the Legislatures of two of the States of Texas, California, Kansas and New Mexico, and the Legislature of this state, and Congress shall consent thereto.(b) . Congress shall make provision for the control and limitation of importations in accordance with the findings referred to in Section 1.(c) . Congress shall provide for the control of interstate movements of petroleum produced or withdrawn from storage in violation of the laws and valid regulations of the several states, and products of such petroleum.(d) . Congress shall provide for the control of interstate movements of petroleum produced in any state in excess of the determination, referred to in Section 1, of allowable production within said state as approved by the President, and products of such petroleum.Okla.
