Section 6-120 - Cancellation, denial, or disqualification
A. Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to cancel, deny, or disqualify the driver license, driving privilege or application of any individual who:
1. Fails to comply with any of the requirements of Section 6119 of this title within thirty (30) days after being notified by Service Oklahoma;
2. Is unable to demonstrate the ability to operate a motor vehicle as provided by this title or whose driving constitutes a danger to the welfare and safety of persons using the streets and highways of the State of Oklahoma; or
3. Fails to pass an examination pursuant to Section 6-110, 6-115 or 6-119 of this title.
B. If a person is required to be examined pursuant to Sections 6-110, 6-115 or 6-119 of this title, the Department shall impose the appropriate restriction or restrictions on the license that are necessary to ensure the safe operation of a motor vehicle as provided under Section 6-113 of this title.
C. Any person whose driver license or driving privilege is canceled, denied, or disqualified under the provisions of this section shall have the right to an appeal as provided in Section 6-211 of this title.
D. Any person whose Class A, B, or C driver license or driving privilege is disqualified under the provisions of this section shall relinquish to Service Oklahoma the Class A, B, or C driver license and may replace it with a Class D driver license, if the person is otherwise qualified for a Class D driver license.
