Section 12-101.1 - Sale of improperly equipped vehicle - Improper equipping or operation of improperly equipped vehicleA. Unless previously disclosed through written documentation, no person shall knowingly have for sale, sell, or offer for sale any vehicle to be operated on the highways of this state unless it is equipped as required by this chapter.B.
