Section 1-142 - Park, parking, and public parking lot(a) Park or parking means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or passengers.(b) A public parking lot is any parking lot on right-of-way dedicated to public use or owned by the state or a political subdivision thereof.Okla.
