Section 819 - Jurisdiction of special courts-martialA. Subject to Section 817 of this title (Article 17), special courts-martial have jurisdiction to try persons subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice for any offense made punishable by the Code and may, under such limitations prescribed by regulation promulgated by the Governor or Adjutant General, adjudge any punishment not forbidden by the Code except dishonorable discharge, dismissal, confinement for more than one (1) year, forfeiture of pay exceeding two-thirds (2/3) pay per month, or forfeiture of pay for more than one (1) year.B. Neither confinement for more than six (6) months, nor forfeiture of pay for more than six (6) months may be adjudged if charges and specifications are referred to a special court-martial consisting of a military judge alone under subparagraph a of paragraph 2 of subsection C of Section 816 of this title (Article 16, subsection C, paragraph 2, subparagraph a).Okla.
