Section 718 - Transfer or assignment of contract - Restriction on sale of tickets and sharesA. No lottery retailer contract shall be transferable or assignable. No lottery retailer shall contract with any person for lottery goods or services except with the approval of the board of trustees of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission.B.
