Section 321 - Possession of aircraft without consent of owner - Injury or tampering with aircraft - Manipulating aircraft mechanismsA. A person not entitled to possession of an aircraft who, without the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the owner, temporarily or otherwise, of the aircraft or its possession, takes, uses or flies the aircraft, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a felony.B. A person who, with intent and without right to do so, injures or tampers with any aircraft or in any other manner damages any part or portion of said aircraft or any accessories, appurtenances or attachments thereto, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.C. A person who, without right to do so and with intent to commit a crime, climbs into or upon an aircraft whether it is in motion or at rest, manipulates any of the levers, starting mechanism, brakes or other mechanism or device of an aircraft while the same is at rest and unattended, or sets in motion any aircraft while the same is at rest and unattended, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.Okla.
