Section 3-202 - Authorized agents - Penalty for false representationA. No person shall represent himself to be an authorized agent of the Commission, the Department or the Director unless such person has been so appointed by written order of the Director or the Commission, which order shall specifically state the purpose and limits of authority to be exercised by such agent.B. Any person so representing himself and who in fact is not duly appointed shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.Okla.
