Section 1111.1 - Return of operator's licenseThe court clerk shall return an operator's license deposited in lieu of cash bail, as provided by Section 1111 of this title, to the defendant upon the following:
(a) acceptance of the defendant's personal check for cash bail and collection of funds;(b) appearance to answer the charge or to post bond; or(c) election to enter a plea of guilty by transmitting to the court clerk the cash bail as provided by Section 1112 of this title.Okla.
