Rule 376:10-1-10 - Subpoenas(a) Subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses, or to compel the production of documents or other evidence, shall be issued by the Administrative Secretary at the direction of, and upon the signature of the Chair.(b) The Administrative Secretary shall attest the subpoena.(c) Subpoenas shall be served, and return made, in the manner prescribed by Oklahoma civil law.Okla.
