Rule 376:1-1-6 - Council Member Vacancies(a) If a vacancy shall occur in the Council, the Chair shall prepare a notice to that members' appointing entity asking that a new member be appointed to fill the unexpired term.(b) Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the completion of two (2) terms of office by a member, the Chair shall prepare a notice to the member's appointing entity advising that the second term will be completed on a date certain.(c) If the vacancy shall occur in the office of Chair, the Vice-Chair shall prepare the notice.Okla.
