Rule 376:1-1-3.1 - Meetings(a) The Council shall conduct its regular meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month.(b) Special meetings may be called by the Chairman or any two members of the Council.(c) Meetings of the Council on Judicial Complaints shall comply with the Oklahoma Open (a)(d)(d)Meetings Act, except as provided by law.(e) Meetings held for the purpose of conducting, discussing, or deliberating any matter relating to a complaint received or filed with the Council, or any portion thereof, may not be broadcast, televised, recorded or photographed without prior written permission of the Council.Okla.
