Section 160.22 - Authority to promulgate rules and set fees

The Corporation Commission shall have authority to promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Wind Energy Development Act and to set fees necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Commission pursuant to the act.
