Section 250 - Application of actThe provisions of the Fair Practices of Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Dealers Act shall apply to:
1. All dealer agreements now in effect which have no expiration date and are continuing contracts; and2. All other dealer agreements entered into or renewed after November 1, 2011. All other dealer agreements shall be governed by the law as it existed prior to this act.
