Okla. Stat. tit. 12A, § 4A-106
Oklahoma Code Comment
A payment order is effective on the funds transfer day during which it is received. The receiving bank can adjust this rule by setting cut-off times for payment orders. These cut-off times may differentiate among senders, by categories of payment orders, or among payment orders, amendments or cancellations. For example, payment orders to be executed on Fedwire could have a cut-off of 2 p.m. while payment orders to be executed through a local ACH might have a cut-off of 3 p.m.
